If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you, takes physical possession of the last item in your order.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the withdrawal period expires. You can do this by logging into your account and submitting a return or cancellation request, or by contacting us directly at [your email address].
Once you have submitted a withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation by email without delay.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
